23 Things For 23 Years

Red Jumper Winter Outfit Style

I have just recently turned 23 and as does most life events, gets me thinking a lot about where I've been, where I am now and where I want to be. This needs to be the year for me, and I have to make it so.

I have a lot of self-help and motivational books that I'd like to read and I'm hoping that this will help me a serious amount as I go about this new year and my new age! A few on my list to read are 'Ice Cream For Breakfast', 'Daring Greatly' and 'Little Black Bookbut there's plenty more where that came from.

I also really want to make more time for what I really love to do, instead of lazing around like a sloth in my spare time and waiting for life to come to me. I'd actually quite like to put together a little list of places that I could potentially visit this year. If you have any recommendations for in the UK, please do let me know!

  • When you're not okay, that's okay...

  • Those people that are important to you, keep them close.

  • Keep looking at the small things in life.

  • Let's face it, you're never going to stop munching on chocolate.

  • Notice who is kind to you, and who is not.

  • Keep reading, it's one of your fave things to do.

  • Listen to music more often, it helps!

  • Make more effort.

  • Sometimes it's better to keep yourself to yourself, other times it's not.

  • Try and socialise more.

  • Keep working hard, you're doing alright you know!

I did one of these blog posts for my 22nd birthday last year so if you fancy checking that one out as well, please do! Other than that, have a lovely day!
