Sanctuary Spa Gift Set Review
This gorgeous little gift set I received for my birthday last month, and I loved all of the products so much that I wanted to share them here on my blog!
WHAT WAS INCLUDED
- Foaming bath soak
- Body wash
- Body lotion
- Hand cream
- A puff (I'm pretty sure that's what they're called anyway)
Ever since moving into our current home over two years ago, I have hardly ever treated myself to a bath! But, after I'd had a difficult day and I saw the bath soak sitting in my skincare basket I just thought, d'you what I'm going to treat myself to a nice relaxing soak in the bath! I actually completely forgot how much more relaxing it is compared to a shower, I can tell you that much.
There's also a sure lot to be said about taking time out each day to have completely to yourself, and for me, that is my bath time ha! I really feel like I couldn't have functioned without it this week.
So while the bath is running, I put in a few squirts of the foaming bath soak. It creates so many bubbles and smells gorgeous as well.
Once the bath is run, I've washed my hair and cleaned my face, I would then use the body wash. Sometimes I'd use the puff, sometimes not (I forgot about much I loved that thing as well!) The body wash was like a thick gel which was really, really nice and felt so luxurious. Need I say that this also smelt amazing?!
The body lotion was quite thick, so it was a bit of a struggle getting it out of the small bottle, but I made it through, don't you worry! Even so, it was a really good little moisturiser that lasted a lot longer than I thought it would actually.
The hand cream was another lovely scented product which is always satisfying to use. I wouldn't say that it helped too much with my dry hands from the cold winter we're having, but none of mine have! I've ended up using a stronger/more medical one which has helped tonnes, so I'm now back to normal and using every day hand creams like this one.
Have you tried any Sanctuary Spa products? I'm thinking of treating myself to a few bits after using these ones so if you have any recommendations, please send them my way! :-)
