Ohh heeeeeyyy. My list for May is coming at you a little bit late (just as my April reflection blog post was, sorrrrryy), the time just crept up on me this month and I was like woah, I best get cracking with writing these posts!
I don't have any plans for this month as of yet apart from another bank holiday to look forward to, so it's looking to be a quiet one. But that should give me a lot of time to myself and my space here on the interwebs.
TICK OFF SOME TO-DO'S
There are a couple of bits that I've been meaning to do, and because I haven't quite got round to them yet (procrastination at it's finest) they have been playing on my mind. And this has been going on for months, and I just need to sort out my stuff really.
It's got to the stage where I'm pep talking myself and just saying "Claire, just do it, what's the worst that can happen. It will at least be off your mind." But it really is that I need to just do it. This is def the major one on my list for this month!
For the past few weeks, I have been doing really well at eating better foods. I feel like I have mastered my lunch and am really happy with it. Next I think that I need to focus on snacks, and how I can improve on those.
If you know me, then you know that I am a snacker and I would snack all day long if I could. Sometimes (who am I kidding, a lot of the time) I get those real sugar cravings, so it would be good to have some healthier foods to hand and have those instead!
I've been making more of an effort to engage in other people's blogs and instagrams, which has been really nice to do actually. Sometimes I sit back and I think, ugh, nobody has commented on my post, that means nobody likes it, why do I even do this. But then I think to myself, wait a minute, when have I been making an effort to engage with other people's content? I haven't done it much to be totally honest - I feel quite bad as I'm writing that.
So I really want to put more time into doing this, I always love it when people respond to the comments as well.
