30 Days Of Meditation

I have meditated every day for 30 days, so I wanted to write about that.

I didn't think meditation would be for me, but I really wanted to give it a go and I'm so glad that I did. I spoke about this a little previously when I had started out, if you wanna read that post then it is right here.

I'm quite proud that I haven't let it slide and kept going with this long enough to form a habit. Instead of thinking to myself "ugh I better try to meditate again now" which I used to at the beginning, I now look forward to it and find it to be a great stress reliever.

I am an over thinker and I think this is a really positive way for me to start training my thoughts. It's so hard to keep focused on nothing and let go of what you're thinking about, but I'm getting better at it.

I really hope that I will continue to get better and maybe even be able to do to it for longer, but we'll see!
