Lately, I have been really loving books and reading a lot. A lot, a lot. It relaxes me and I love getting lost in inspiring words or exciting stories. I have picked up quite a few since the beginning of this year, enough to actually do this 'haul' blog post. Crazy!
Anyway, enough chit-chat, here goes...
If you haven't heard of hygge, then where have you been?! This little book, I just know that I am going to keep forever and ever. It's full of amazing photos which I could just look at all day.
From flicking through a few pages, I can tell it's going to be full of some pretty good advice and useful tips that I'll easily be able to relate to. I really hope that it's changes my outlook on things and gets me inspired.
I'd seen this online a couple of times and it really caught my attention, so I knew I had to pick it up. I've already had a few comments about it so just to clarify, yes I am absolutely okay and yes I do want to be alive.
It's about making the most of the life that you have and I think it's one of those books that's definitely worth a read at least once in everybody's lifetime. I'm actually really excited to read this one, I think it will be an incredible story.
There is a creative side to me that I've always felt like I've hidden because I just don't feel good enough. (That got deep really quick, sorry about that). I have seen mixed reviews about this book, but I wanted to give it a go anyway.
I'm hoping that it will help me find my inspiration and look at being creative in a different way.
You've probably heard of this. I picked this up at the same time as her other book, but on to that in a moment! If anybody knows me, then you'll know that sometimes I really do just need to 'get my sh*t together' which was why I thought this would be a good read for me.
From what I've heard, this will be a really good pick-me-up and motivator, which is just what I need.
I have just finished this book, and it was a good read and also enlightening. If you read the title of this and think 'yep, I need some of that' then you should probably pick this up.
I wrote a ramble of words all about what I took from this book and not giving a f**k, check it out if you fancy!
I am about half way through this and am obsessed. I love Aimee's Instagram feed and this book is an extension of that. I could flick through this book looking at the photos all day long, but it is also full of some really helpful advice and tips that I've already made note of!
I feel as if the fun has been put back into taking photos for Instagram which is nice.
